Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, preferably frozen
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a blender.
  2. Add the bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, honey if using, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
  5. Blend again until fully combined and silky smooth.

  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
