Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a donut pan.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Mash ripe bananas until smooth in a separate bowl.
Add peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter or oil to the bananas and mix well.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Spoon or pipe batter into donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool doughnuts completely on a wire rack.
Heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips, stirring until smooth to make glaze.
Dip doughnuts into chocolate glaze and let set before serving.
Notes
Add chopped peanuts or walnuts for crunch.
Use dark or white chocolate for different glaze variations.
Drizzle extra peanut butter on top for added flavor.
