Chocolate Covered Grahams are crisp graham crackers dipped in rich melted chocolate and decorated with your favorite toppings. These easy no-bake treats are perfect for holiday gifting, dessert platters, parties, or everyday snacking.

Ingredients

  • 12 full graham cracker sheets, broken into halves
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Crushed peppermint candies (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • Toffee bits (optional)
  • Shredded coconut (optional)
  • Sea salt flakes (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or large tray with parchment paper.
  2. Break the graham crackers into individual rectangles and arrange them on the prepared surface.
  3. Place the chocolate and coconut oil, if using, in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth and fully melted.
  5. Dip each graham cracker halfway or fully into the melted chocolate.
  6. Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
  7. Place the coated graham crackers on the parchment-lined tray.
  8. Immediately sprinkle with desired toppings before the chocolate sets.
  9. Allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
  10. Once fully set, serve or store in an airtight container.
