Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked
  • 4 slices bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce or chipotle in adobo
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with chipotle sauce until combined.
  2. Spread chipotle mayo on each slice of toasted bread.
  3. Layer sliced chicken on two slices of bread.
  4. Add bacon, lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese.
