Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp dill pickles or relish
3 tbsp vegan or regular mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bread, sandwich rolls, or wraps

Instructions
