  2. Roll the pizza dough into the desired shape and place it on the prepared pan.
  3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the crust.
  5. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly over the cheese.

  7. While the pizza bakes, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for about 2 minutes.
  9. Top the warm pizza with the dressed Caesar salad.
  10. Finish with shaved Parmesan, freshly ground black pepper, and croutons if desired.
  11. Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if using.

Notes

  • Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for added convenience and flavor.
  • Add crispy bacon or drizzle with balsamic glaze for extra richness.
  • Substitute kale, mixed greens, whole wheat crust, or cauliflower crust for a different variation.
  • Store the pizza and salad separately in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat only the pizza, then top with freshly dressed Caesar salad before serving.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit the chicken or replace it with roasted chickpeas.
