Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick, flavorful handheld meal filled with juicy chicken, melty cheese, and a savory garlic sauce—all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast or thighs, shredded or sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
  • Optional: hot sauce or red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. In a bowl, mix sautéed garlic with mayonnaise or sour cream, salt, pepper, and dried parsley or Italian seasoning to create the garlic sauce.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Spread a spoonful of garlic sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Layer each with shredded chicken and cheese. Add hot sauce or red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Roll tortillas tightly into wraps, folding in the sides.
  7. Optional: Grill wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Slice in half and serve warm.
