Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  3. Separate the crescent roll dough into individual triangles.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  5. Roll each crescent around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides as needed.
  6. Arrange the filled crescent rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and fully cooked.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
