Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 burger buns
4 slices cheese
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon butter or oil
Instructions
Divide ground beef into equal portions and shape into patties slightly larger than the buns.
Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
