Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper and mix well.
  3. Fold in half of the cranberries, pecans, and green onions.
  4. Shape mixture into a ball using hands or plastic wrap.
  5. In a shallow dish, combine remaining cranberries and pecans.
  6. Roll cheese ball in the mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Let sit at room temperature briefly before serving.
