Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sliced salami
  • 8 ounces prosciutto
  • 8 ounces assorted cheeses, cubed or sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup mixed nuts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)
  • Crackers for serving
  • Small bowls of olives, honey, or jams (optional)

Instructions

  1. Select a large round serving platter or board.
  2. Place a small bowl in the center to help create the wreath shape if desired.
  3. Arrange rosemary sprigs around the outer edge to form the base of the wreath.
  4. Fold or roll the salami and prosciutto and place them around the wreath.
  5. Add cubes or slices of cheese evenly throughout the arrangement.
  6. Fill gaps with grapes, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, and mixed nuts.
  7. Tuck additional rosemary and thyme sprigs throughout the display for a festive appearance.
  8. Remove the center bowl if used.
  9. Place crackers around the wreath or serve them on a separate platter.
  10. Add small bowls of olives, honey, or jam alongside the wreath if desired.
  11. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
