A crispy and flavorful cauliflower pizza crust made with cauliflower, cheese, and simple seasonings. This gluten-free and lower-carb alternative is perfect for homemade pizza nights with all your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  3. Microwave the cauliflower rice for 5 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
  4. Transfer the cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spread the mixture onto the prepared pan and shape into a thin pizza crust.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
  8. Remove from the oven, add desired toppings, and bake for another 8–10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
