Ingredients
4 cups cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 cups water
2–3 tablespoons sugar or honey
1 cup ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
Place the cantaloupe, lime juice, water, and sugar or honey in a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve if a smoother texture is desired.
Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve cold.
