Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  7. Stir well before serving.

Notes

  • Add anchovy paste for a more traditional Caesar flavor.
  • Substitute part of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • Add extra Parmesan cheese for a richer dressing.
  • Whisk in a little water or lemon juice if the dressing becomes too thick.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
