Ingredients

  • 1 pound butternut squash ravioli
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the butternut squash ravioli according to package instructions and drain gently.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter with olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and chopped sage and cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
