Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour

  • granulated sugar

  • vegetable oil
  • eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
