Ingredients
2 balls burrata cheese
2 ripe peaches, sliced
2 cups fresh tomatoes (heirloom or cherry), sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
Wash and slice the peaches and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange the tomatoes and peach slices on a serving platter, alternating for presentation.
Place the burrata in the center or tear it into pieces and distribute over the salad.
Scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze if using.
