Bunny Treats are adorable Easter-themed sweet snacks made with cookies, melted chocolate, and playful candy decorations. These festive treats are fun to make, easy to customize, and perfect for Easter parties, spring celebrations, or family baking activities.

Ingredients

  • 12 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate or candy melts
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Pink sprinkles
  • Candy eyes
  • Pink candy-coated chocolates
  • Pretzel sticks (optional)
  • Shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray or plate with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to package directions.
  3. Dip each sandwich cookie halfway into the melted chocolate.
  4. Place the coated cookies on the prepared tray.
  5. Create bunny ears by cutting mini marshmallows diagonally and dipping the sticky cut sides into pink sprinkles.
  6. Attach the marshmallow ears to the tops of the cookies using melted chocolate.
