Bunny Bait is a colorful no-bake snack mix made with crunchy cereal, pretzels, popcorn, marshmallows, pastel candies, and creamy white chocolate. It’s a festive sweet-and-salty treat that’s perfect for Easter, spring parties, gifting, or everyday snacking.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Cheerios or similar round cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 3 cups plain or lightly salted popcorn
  • 1 cup pastel M&M’s or pastel candy-coated chocolates
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Easter or spring-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet or work surface with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal, Cheerios, pretzels, popcorn, mini marshmallows, and pastel candies.
  3. Melt the white chocolate with the optional coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the snack mixture.
  5. Gently stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture into an even layer on the prepared parchment paper.
  7. Immediately sprinkle the spring-themed sprinkles over the mixture while the chocolate is still soft.
  8. Let the Bunny Bait sit at room temperature or refrigerate for about 20 minutes until the chocolate is completely set.
  9. Break into bite-sized clusters and serve or store in an airtight container.
