Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray or oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare an air fryer if using.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well mixed.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
  4. Spoon a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture onto one side of each tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Lightly spray the taquitos with cooking spray or brush with oil.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
