Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters

  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Place the quartered biscuit dough in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the pizza sauce, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, vegetables, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and cooked sausage if using.
