Unsalted butter
Garlic, minced
Fresh basil leaves
Burrata cheese
Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and cook, stirring frequently, until it turns golden brown and smells nutty.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the brown butter. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a silky sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper. Tear in fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil.
Plate the pasta and top with burrata cheese and grated parmesan.
Serve immediately, allowing the burrata to soften into the pasta.
Notes
Add cherry tomatoes for sweetness and color.
Include toasted pine nuts or walnuts for crunch.
Add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
Use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta if preferred.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheat gently with a splash of water or olive oil to loosen the sauce.
