  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven broiler.
  2. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
