Biscoff Tiramisu is a rich no-bake dessert featuring layers of coffee-soaked Biscoff cookies, creamy mascarpone filling, and decadent cookie butter. This indulgent twist on classic tiramisu is perfect for entertaining and make-ahead desserts.

Ingredients

  • 32 Biscoff cookies
  • 16 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter spread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup strong coffee or espresso, cooled
  • 1/4 cup crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone until fully combined.
  4. Warm the Biscoff cookie butter slightly until easy to spread.
  5. In a shallow bowl, combine the cooled coffee and milk.
  6. Quickly dip each Biscoff cookie into the coffee mixture without oversaturating.
  7. Arrange a layer of dipped cookies in the bottom of a serving dish.
  8. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture evenly over the cookies.
  9. Drizzle or spread a thin layer of Biscoff cookie butter over the cream.
  10. Repeat with the remaining cookies, mascarpone mixture, and cookie butter.
  11. Smooth the top layer evenly.
  12. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  13. Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies before serving.
