Big Mac Sliders are a mini version of the fast food favorite, layered with seasoned beef, melty cheese, tangy pickles, and a homemade Big Mac sauce. Baked together on soft slider buns, they’re easy to serve and perfect for parties, dinners, or game day!

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  4. 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  5. 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  6. 6 slices American cheese (or to taste)
  7. 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  8. 1 cup shredded lettuce
  9. 2 tbsp butter, melted
  10. 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain grease.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  4. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottoms in the baking dish.
  5. Spread Big Mac sauce over the bottom buns. Add beef mixture evenly over sauce.
  6. Top with pickle slices, cheese slices, and shredded lettuce.
  7. Place the top buns over the filling. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Drain beef well to prevent soggy buns.
  • Add lettuce after baking for extra crunch, if preferred.
  • Use Hawaiian rolls for a slightly sweet twist.
