A bold and creamy Cajun crawfish dipping sauce with tangy, zesty, and slightly spicy flavors. Perfect for enhancing seafood with a rich Southern-style kick.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir well to combine.
  3. Mix in Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice, hot sauce, or a pinch of sugar if desired.
  5. Fold in chopped parsley if using.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled with crawfish or other seafood.

  • Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing cayenne and hot sauce.
