Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas, mashed
  • All-purpose flour
  • Sugar or brown sugar
  • Butter, melted
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Pecans, chopped
  • Peanut brittle, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped pecans and crushed peanut brittle.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
