This Baked Blue Cheese Dip is a warm, rich, and creamy appetizer featuring tangy blue cheese, savory seasonings, and a blend of melted cheeses. It’s perfect for parties, game days, or casual gatherings served with your favorite dippers.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the crumbled blue cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a lightly greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley if desired.
  8. Serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, pretzels, celery sticks, carrots, or apple slices.

  • Prepare the dip up to one day ahead, refrigerate, and bake just before serving.
