Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup apple, peeled and finely chopped or grated
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter or oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chopped or grated apple.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour batter onto the pan, forming pancakes of your desired size.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
