Ingredients

  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine prepared stuffing, egg, broth, melted butter, and parsley.
  2. Mix until the mixture holds together.
  3. Form into small balls about 1 to 2 inches in size.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
  6. Place stuffing balls in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove and cool slightly before serving.
