Air Fryer Salmon Fillets are crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, and packed with fresh flavor. This quick and healthy recipe uses simple seasonings and minimal oil, making it perfect for easy weeknight dinners or nutritious meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Brush the salmon lightly with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F if needed.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Drizzle the salmon with fresh lemon juice after cooking.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
