Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender, juicy cubes of steak seasoned and cooked to perfection in the air fryer, then tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. This quick and flavorful dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.

Ingredients

  1. 1½ pounds boneless ribeye steaks, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    ½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
    ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
    3 tablespoons salted butter
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.

  1. In a large bowl, toss the steak pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  2. Place the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 4–6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Once the steak bites are cooked to your desired doneness, transfer them to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the steak bites before serving for extra flavor.
  • Fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary can be incorporated for added aroma.
  • Add lemon zest to the garlic butter for a citrusy twist.
