Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the steak pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 4–6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Once the steak bites are cooked to your desired doneness, transfer them to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
