Air Fryer Cauliflower Gnocchi is a fast, crispy, and gluten-free twist on classic gnocchi. Cooked straight from frozen, these golden bites are perfect for dipping, tossing with sauce, or enjoying as a snack or side.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) bag frozen cauliflower gnocchi (e.g., Trader Joe’s)
  • Olive oil or avocado oil spray
  • Salt and pepper (optional)
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, chili flakes
  • Optional toppings: grated parmesan, fresh herbs, marinara, pesto, dipping sauces

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Place frozen cauliflower gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Lightly spray with oil and season with salt, pepper, or desired seasonings.
  4. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
  5. Remove when golden and slightly crispy on the outside.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings or sauces.

Notes

  • No need to thaw gnocchi before air frying.
  • Cook in a single layer to avoid sticking or uneven cooking.
  • Shaking halfway helps ensure even crisping.
  • Add cheese or pesto after air frying for added flavor.
  • Great with marinara, ranch, or garlic butter as a dip.
