This no churn minted white chocolate swirled ice cream is rich, creamy, and infused with the refreshing flavor of fresh mint. Silky ribbons of white chocolate run through every scoop, creating an elegant frozen dessert without the need for an ice cream maker.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (for the white chocolate swirl)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Warm the heavy whipping cream with the fresh mint leaves over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling. Remove from the heat and let steep for 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Strain out the mint leaves and chill the mint-infused cream completely in the refrigerator.
  3. Melt the white chocolate with the 2 tablespoons of heavy cream until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  4. Whip the chilled mint-infused cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  6. Spoon half of the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe loaf pan.
  7. Drizzle half of the melted white chocolate over the mixture and gently swirl with a knife.
  8. Repeat with the remaining ice cream mixture and white chocolate, creating swirls throughout.
  9. Cover the pan tightly and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until firm.
  10. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before scooping and serving.

Notes

  • Fresh mint provides the most natural flavor, but peppermint extract can be substituted sparingly.
  • Add mini dark chocolate chips or chopped pistachios for extra texture.
  • Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface before sealing to help prevent ice crystals.
  • Store in an airtight freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Allow the ice cream to soften for several minutes before scooping for the best texture.
