Ricotta cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) or higher if using a pizza stone.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
Add dollops of ricotta cheese, then sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly on top.
Sprinkle lemon zest and season with salt and black pepper.
