Ingredients

  • Soy sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Lime juice
  • Vegetable oil
  • Soft rolls or lettuce leaves
  • Cucumber slices
  • Shredded carrots
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shallot or onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic and chili, cooking briefly until fragrant.
