Yogurt bark is a refreshing and healthy frozen snack made with creamy yogurt, fresh fruits, and crunchy toppings. This easy, no-bake recipe is perfect for breakfast, a midday snack, or a light dessert. Packed with protein and probiotics, it’s a nutritious treat for both kids and adults. Customize it with your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, and sweeteners for a delicious twist!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
  • ¼ cup nuts and seeds (almonds, pistachios, chia seeds, etc.)
  • ¼ cup granola (for extra crunch)
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well.
3️⃣ Spread Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
4️⃣ Add Toppings: Sprinkle fruits, nuts, seeds, and other toppings evenly over the yogurt. Gently press them into the yogurt to help them stick.
5️⃣ Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely frozen.
6️⃣ Break & Serve: Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy immediately!
