White Chocolate Caramel Fudge combines creamy white chocolate with buttery caramel in a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth treat, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups white chocolate chips
  2. 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  6. Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

  1. Melt the fudge base: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until the mixture is completely smooth and the white chocolate is fully melted.
  2. Add flavor: Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
  3. Swirl in the caramel: Pour the white chocolate fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Then, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the fudge and gently swirl it into the mixture using a knife or skewer. Be careful not to over-mix; you want to create beautiful ribbons of caramel throughout the fudge.
  4. Set the fudge: Place the dish in the refrigerator and let the fudge chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until it is fully set and firm.
  5. Serve: Once the fudge has set, remove it from the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into small squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra caramel flavor, add more caramel sauce or drizzle it on top of the set fudge before serving.
  • To make this fudge nutty, sprinkle chopped pecans, walnuts, or almonds before it sets.
  • For a richer taste, drizzle melted dark or milk chocolate over the top before refrigerating.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Freeze the fudge for up to 2 months. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and foil, or store in a freezer-safe container.
