The Watermelon Mojito Mocktail is a refreshing, fruity, and alcohol-free twist on the classic mojito. Made with fresh watermelon, lime, mint, and sparkling water, it’s perfect for summer days, parties, or anytime you need a hydrating treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and seedless
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 810 fresh mint leaves
  • 12 teaspoons honey, agave, or simple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: watermelon wedges, lime slices, mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the watermelon until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother drink, if desired.
  2. In a glass or pitcher, add mint leaves and lime juice. Gently muddle to release the mint’s oils.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and pour in the watermelon juice.
  4. Add sweetener to taste and stir to combine.
  5. Top with sparkling water or club soda.
  6. Stir gently and garnish with watermelon, lime, or mint.
  7. Serve immediately while chilled and fizzy.

Notes

  • Use ripe watermelon for the best natural sweetness.
  • Adjust lime and sweetener to suit your taste.
  • Make the juice base ahead and add soda right before serving to preserve fizz.
