Creamy, rich, and irresistibly cheesy, this Velveeta Mac and Cheese is a comforting classic that delivers smooth, melt-in-your-mouth goodness in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the milk and Velveeta cheese cubes. Stir continuously until the cheese melts completely and forms a smooth sauce.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until the noodles are evenly coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra black pepper or shredded cheddar if desired.

Notes

  • For a baked version, top with breadcrumbs and shredded cheddar, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
