Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup grapes or dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped turkey in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to the bowl.
  3. Stir in the finely chopped celery and red onion.
  4. Add the lemon juice to brighten the flavor.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Mix everything together until evenly combined.

  8. Add grapes or dried cranberries if using.
