A quick, protein-packed, and versatile tuna salad mix perfect for sandwiches, salads, wraps, or enjoying on its own.

Ingredients

2 cans tuna (in water or oil, drained)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and place it in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise and a small amount of Dijon mustard if using.
  3. Mix in the finely chopped celery and red onion.
  4. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
