Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana (optional, for creaminess)
  • ½ cup coconut milk, almond milk, or regular milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt (optional)
  • ¼ cup orange juice or water
  • ½ to 1 cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
  • Optional: ½ cup frozen mango, 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, 1 tbsp chia seeds, shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple, banana, milk, yogurt, orange juice or water, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with shredded coconut or fresh fruit if desired.
