Ingredients
1 large flour tortilla
2–3 tbsp pizza sauce or marinara
1/2–3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp olive oil
Pepperoni (optional)
Fresh basil (optional)
Sliced vegetables such as bell peppers, mushrooms, or onions (optional)
Grated parmesan (optional)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 215°C (425°F).
Brush both sides of the tortilla lightly with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Add pepperoni or your preferred toppings.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and garnish with basil, parmesan, or red pepper flakes as desired.
Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Use a thin layer of sauce to prevent sogginess.
Light toppings work best to keep the tortilla crisp.
Try air-frying for an even crispier crust.
Keep an eye on the pizza near the end—tortillas burn quickly.
