Tortilla Pizza is a quick, crispy, and customizable single-serve pizza made with a flour tortilla base. It’s the perfect solution for busy nights, light meals, or anytime a pizza craving hits.

Ingredients

  • 1 flour tortilla (8 to 10-inch)
  • 23 tablespoons pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for brushing)
  • Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat.
  2. Lightly brush one side of the tortilla with olive oil if desired for extra crispiness.
  3. Place tortilla on a piece of parchment paper or directly on the hot baking sheet.
  4. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Add your desired toppings.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, top with Parmesan and herbs if using, slice, and serve immediately.

  • Use a hot baking surface to help the tortilla crisp quickly.
  • Avoid too much sauce or wet toppings to prevent sogginess.
  • Perfect for using up leftover veggies and meats.
