Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef

  1. In a sauté pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart until no longer pink.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and water (or beef broth), stirring well. Cook for another minute.
  3. Mix in refried beans (if using) for extra creaminess. Add more water if needed to reach a smooth consistency.

Step 2: Prepare the Rice and Tortillas
