Sweet and tart kiwi popsicles are a refreshing, fruity frozen treat made with real kiwis and natural sweeteners. Bright, tangy, and hydrating, these popsicles are perfect for hot days or healthy snacking.

Ingredients

  • 45 fresh ripe kiwis, peeled
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water or coconut water
  • Thin kiwi slices (optional, for visual effect inside molds)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the kiwis and place them in a blender.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup, lime or lemon juice, and water or coconut water.
  3. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Optional: Place thin kiwi slices along the insides of your popsicle molds for decoration.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into the molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
  6. To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently remove the popsicles.

Notes

  • Use ripe kiwis for best natural sweetness and flavor.
  • Golden kiwis offer a sweeter, less tart alternative.
  • Layer with other blended fruits for a colorful twist.
  • For vegan popsicles, use maple syrup or agave instead of honey.
