Ingredients

  1. 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
    1/4 cup almond butter or sunflower seed butter
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
    Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a food processor, pulse sunflower seeds and oats until finely chopped but not powdery.

  1. In a bowl, mix the processed seeds and oats with honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
