Strawberry Yogurt Bites are delightful, bite-sized frozen treats made from creamy yogurt and sweet strawberries. They’re a refreshing, healthy snack perfect for hot days, kids’ lunchboxes, or anytime you crave a cool, fruity delight.

Ingredients

2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chia seeds

Instructions

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  1. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use silicone molds.
  3. Spoon small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment or into molds, about 1 tablespoon each.
  4. Sprinkle optional toppings over each dollop if desired.
  5. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until firm.
  6. Store frozen bites in an airtight container or freezer bag.
