Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • ¼ cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Blend frozen strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and optional honey/vanilla until smooth.
